The role:

The Customer Service Officer will be the first point of contact for all patients, clients and community member of organisation and will primarily be responsible for providing a high level of quality customer service to all persons accessing services through our Aboriginal Health Service.  Customer Service Officers will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as allocating appointments for patients/clients, referring inquiries on to the appropriate service/people, maintaining patient records, accurately recording and forwarding messages and scheduling transport pickups. In addition Customer Services Officers may be required to relieve other areas of the organisation depending on staffing requirements.
