The Mallee District Aboriginal Services' management structure is overseen by a Chief Executive Officer.

An Executive Director of Operations oversees all day-to-day operational aspects of the organisation.

Chief Executive Officer - Rudolph Kirby

Rudolph is the former Deputy Director of the Koori Justice Unit for Victoria's Department of Justice. He was appointed as CEO of MDAS in 2012.

"I am determined to provide new and positive ways to improve outcomes for Koori people across the Mallee.  But closing the gap between Koori culture and non-Koori people will be a team effort. In the first instance it requires specific services targetted directly at meeting the needs of Koori people. Our organisation is now providing the quality-assured services and supports required to achieve this aim.  But to Close the Gap in a meaningful way, there must also be a wider understanding in Mallee district communities generally about the challenges ahead. A combined community effort is required, to provide a place of cultural safety for our community, free from lateral violence."
