Mallee District Aboriginal Services welcomes your comments and feedback on any aspect of our organisation.

General issues, questions, comments and suggestions can be directed to feedback@mdas.org.au. (Please indicate if you require a response to your feedback).

Complaints

The Mallee District Aboriginal Service also has a formal complaints procedure to ensure that there is a fair process for handling client complaints when they arise.

All complaints will be taken seriously and dealt with in a timely manner.  The complaints form can be downloaded here or on the resources and forms page.
