Becoming a Mentor

Sharing knowledge

A Mentor is an experienced individual either within or from outside MDAS who has the appropriate skills, knowledge and attributes to pass on to a Mentee.

A Mentor is a person who shares knowledge, offers advice, shares experiences and provides support to assist in the career development and professional and personal growth of a Mentee.

Mentors may be from within or outside MDAS, but able to articulate the skills, knowledge and attributes they bring to the program and an ideal Mentee they feel they may be able to assist.
