Being a part of our Healthy Mob fitness program, MDAS Gym membership and joining our Cardiac Walking Group can all assist in making healthy lifestyle changes that leads to lifelong health and wellbeing. 


MDAS is committed to promoting healthy lifestyles as a key factor in improving overall health and wellbeing.

It can be quitting smoking, hooking up with an exercise program or finding ways eat healthier…MDAS has programs in all our communities – Mildura, Swan Hill and Kerang – that can help you make the changes that will make a difference.

Programs for Elders, young people and community fitness groups, so you're not trying to make lifestyle changes or stay motivated on your own.

Nearly 2000 people are registered and regularly attending our Healthy for Life, QUIT programs, Boot Camps, Elders Health Groups, our Gym and walking groups.
