MDAS provides assistance with medical-related patient transport for clients at Mildura, Swan Hill and Kerang to ensure you're able to access the medical care you need.

Patient transport is supported under the following circumstances:

• You're a client of one of our Health Clinics;
• You have an appointment confirmed by a MDAS staff member
• You have a completed patient transport form

All our clients have access to Patient Transport and can be helped to fill out the patient transport forms if needed.

In some circumstances you may need to share the ride with other clients who need transport for appointments.
